“As a club, we are very proud to host such a prestigious event and take care of the whole organization – said Trentino’s general manager Giuseppe Cormio – We have chosen the PalaOnda arena of Bolzano in order to be able to welcome as many fans as possible: not only the Trentino fans but also the ones from the other teams taking part”. Talking about the semi-final opponent, the Polish side of Jastrzbeski Wegiel he added “We’d need a special course to be able to pronounce the name of some Polish teams – he joked – I think this squad can make it really difficult for us although, If we had been able to chose between the three teams that qualified, we would have picked Wegiel”.
