Monza faces the Swiss team of Nafels in the 8th of final second leg. The Italians had won it easily away from home in the first leg 3-0, but they will have to win again as any loss would put in jeopardy the qualification. Indeed, whatever the score, if the Swiss win it, they will earn a Golden Set.
“We hope to do as well as in the first leg – said sport director Enrico Marchioni – We don’t want to have to play too many sets, especially in this moment of the season in which we play many games in quick succession”.
