Unbelievable: Bassano in the playouts

Bassano received an unexpected surprise on Easter weekend. For the second consecutive round, the club ran the risk of saying goodbye to the A2 but twice, unexpectedly, it survived. Following last week’s amazing victory over Sora, Bassano’s destiny depended on the results of the other courts, as it was exempt for this last round. At the end of the day, the most unexpected outcome of all materialised: Bassano versus Mantova in the playouts, while Gioia del Colle and Massa will go down. Game 1 of the playouts is on Sunday.
