The preparation for the Italian Cup Final Four goes according top plan. Treviso will reach Montecatini Terme tomorrow morning, where it will face Cuneo at 6pm in the semi final.

Treviso won its first cup in 1993 in Naples. It beat Renan and Giani’s Maxicono team in the final 3-0. The following triumph came in 2000 with Daniele Bagnoli coach. Treviso beat Modena in the semis in Assago before easily getting rid of Montichiari in the final 3-0. Four years later, in Florence, Latina was brushed aside and in the final it’s Cuneo which had to make way for another Treviso victory, which turned out to be the first piece of a league-cup double. There were two more wins to come: in 2005 in Forli, it beat Vibo Valentia, while in 2007 in Milan, it obtained another double sweep over Taranto and Roma. In that last triumph, Vermiglio got injured on his ankle but Ahmed Abdallah surprised everyone and was named MVP.
