In its last friendly game before the championship starts, the World Champions obtained a brilliant 3-0 victory over Modena to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Pala Trento. Stokr, Juantorena and Zygadlo had stand-out performances. The first ever game played at the PalaTrento gym had been in October 2000 against Modena and the latter was therefore the logical opponent to share this celebration with.
