The trip to Slovenia proved very useful for everyone at Volley Segrate. Not only did this experience help the group to gel but the players also showed improvement both technically and tactically. In the tournament semi-final, Volley Segrate eased past the hosts of Panvita Galex Ms (25-22, 25-23, 25-20). The final started finely too with the first set taken 25-15 but then Marchiol Vodi took the following three to win the trophy. Still, the team goes back home with a positive impression, knowing it still has margin for improvement.
