His name is Fernando but everybody calls him Fefè. He is playing his second season at Ravenna.
“I arrived in 2001 in Brolo (near Messina) – he explained – the first impact was very strange because I come from Buenos Aires, which counts 10 millions of inhabitants, and all of a sudden I was in a little village of 4.000 people…Everything seemed to slow down! Then I started to appreciate the beautiful landscape in southern Italy and then I started moving up north. I feel extremely at ease here in Ravenna, I always say I would like to stay for a long time, because I get along with everybody. Besides, we always play in front of a sold-out crowd and it gives you great emotions and motivation”.
