The player appointed to be Vermiglio’s backup is young Manuele Marchiani. The setter born in 1989 comes back to Macerata after two years spent in Loreto (A2 champion) and Molfetta (B1).
“This will be my first time in the top division – said Marchiani who is currently with Italy’s under 23 in Salerno – It will be a very important season for me, I’ll do my best to show all my potential”.
