Lorenzo Scuderi, the “shield”

His friends call him “shield” because his Italian name sounds like “Shield” in Italian (scudo). Born in 1983, Lorenzo Scuderi came up in his home town, Cuneo. In 2006, he made it in the A2 with Isernia. That year, Alberto Vitullo was the president of Isernia: “As soon as I met him I liked him – said Lorenzo – I understood he was a great man with time. Despite the loss of some sponsors and the consequent difficulties he managed to keep things going”.
