In a joint training session at the Pala Bianchini gym, Latina defeated Club Italia 3-1 (25-18, 20-25, 25-20, 25-20). Medei kept his starting six, switching only the middle blockers. In the third set, Pieri was forced out because of an injury and was substituted by Lionetti.
“We have been too inconsistent – said coach Medei – This is an aspect we have to improve on. We have four weeks left as well to work on staying focused during the all game”.
