Massa’s new coach is Gheorge Cretu. The 42-year-old Romanian was Bassano’s head coach from January 2008 to January 2010. Before that, he had a successful spell in Austria, where he won three league titles and two cups.
“We chose Cretu because he knows the A2 very well – said sport director Andrea Marchesi – His Bassano team has always played well tactically, and he has the right personality to meet the expectations of a team like ours”.
