He is the most experienced, he can be seen as the ‘father’ of the team given that he is the oldest. But in the middle of all these youngsters, Digao feels just as young and enjoys himself in his first experience at the top level. Diago played in the best Brazilian teams (Banespa, Bento…) and also in Spain with Amar Palma de Mallorca, where he won the league and went to the final of the Team Cup in 2006, losing against Piacenza 2-3.
