The draw of the FIVB Club World Championships 2010 was done. Trentino will try to retain its title in Doha from the 15th to the 21st of December. To do so, it will first have to deal with the Russians of Moscow, a Norceca representative and a South-American team.

The group phase will be played from the 15th to the 19th of December. The top two teams of each group will go through to the semi-finals, scheduled on the 20th of December. The final will be played on Tuesday 21st.

The other group is composed of Belchatow (Poland), Al Ahly (Egypt), Paykan Teheran (Iran) and the hosts (Al Arabi Doha).

The FIVB and the organizzers fixed the overall awards at 750 thousand dollars.
