The board of directors of the Italian Volleyball league met on Friday in Modena. Many things were discussed.
FINANCIAL SITUATION: Today’s situation was studied and also the predictions for the near future, and everything is perfectly in place.
NEW BALL. The V5M5000 ball from Advanced Distribution (which provides the Molten ball in Italy) will substitute the current ball at the All Star Volley. The board of directors will talk about the possibility to introduce it in the league too in the next meeting.
SUMMER ACTIVITY. The possibility to organizze a “post season” for the clubs of Serie A has been talked about.
REFEREES. Chairman Sciurpa presented a report on his recent meeting with the people in charge of the FIPAV referees.
A2. They have also talked about the A2 championship 2010-11.
The next meeting will be on Friday 29 January.
