The CONI president, Giovanni Petrucci, invited the National Sport Federations, and everyone involved with the world of sport to respect a minute of silence in occasion of all the sport events taking place in Italy this weekend, in memory of the victims of the terrible earthquake that hit Haiti.
The Serie A welcomed this initiative and will respect a minute silence in all the games played on Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 January.
