Two extraordinary come-backs, in the fourth and then in the tie-break, meant Città di Castello thanked its amazing fans with a brilliant victory. Following its big effort of the fourth set, Città di Castello got in the decisive set tired and fell soon behind again 6-10, but there again it reacted. Marino, who had just come on, blocked a crucial one at 9-10, then Enzo Di Manno tied it at 13 as it was down to the wire. Leonardi’s first mistake and Bortolozzo’s block on Barbareschi had the crowd going crazy.
