The disappointment of the relagation into the A2 has been assimilated as chairman Luciano Serenelli analyses a season, in which Loreto played its chance to stay up in the last round.
“First of all, a special thank you to the fans that always came in numbers to the game. It’s been a difficult season for us but a thrilling one at the same time. We took chances last summer to build a team capable of fighting in the A1. We had a series of satisfaction but then the terrible accident of Van Dijk and Diachkov, which hindered our initial progress. This was the episode that decided of our future I think”.
