Victory was needed and so it was. An important win came in the quarter final game 1 at the expense of Crema.
It’s been a very tight and thrilling encounter, in which Rosalba stood out with 21 points. The second set snatched 30-28 to go 2-0 was key although the team faded away at the end of the third to give Crema some hopes. Consistency and determination were back in the fourth set for the host to go to Sunday’s game two with the lead and the possibility to qualify to the semis.

“It was a tough game – said coach Ricci – We did a good job in the difficult moments and I think this could help us to do well in the next games”.
