Macerata’s middleblocker, Marko Podrascanin, won the silver medal in the World League with his National team of Serbia. In the final, the Serbians surrendered at the tie-break against Brazil. This is his second consecutive silver medal  in this competition following the one grabbed in 2008 in Brazil, losing in the final against the USA.
