Città di Castello built a two set to one lead but the game was far from over. The fourth set had also started very well as Radici’s boys had the momentum going for them. They led 4-1 but Mantova was quickly back on top. Barbareschi and co then held on to a 3-4 point advantage to force a tie-break. In the decisive set, Mantova got off to a strong start (8-4) and would never be caught back (15-10).
