It was a never-ending game that was not that beautiful either the one that took place in Loreto yesterday. Isernia nearly made a spectacular comeback after trailing two sets to nil. It’s even more disappointing considering the fact that Cricca and co were 13-11 up in the fifth and that Loreto had never lost a point at home this season.
Still, Isernia can be satisfied given the way the game started. Besides, Santiago Pedro Darraidou had an excellent debut game with 24 points scored after only a few training sessions carried out with his new teammates.
