Verona’s general Manager, Gabriele Cottarelli, briefly analyzed his team’s season.
“We will always try to put together a balanced team that aims high. We had a good bunch of players, good people. This was a team that was meant to keep us up in the A1 and it did more than that, reaching its target with five games in hand. Shame we lost against Vibo Valentia because we could have obtained a little something more. We’re very happy with coach Giuliani’s work. He has nother two years of contract with us”.
