This morning took place the end-of-season press conference.
“I wanted to meet you – said coach Giuliani to the media – to put the end-word on this season and, above all, to insist on the fact that it’s been a brilliant championship despite whatever has been said. It finished a bit bitterly because we missed out on the playoffs despite having benefitted from a good advantage on Vibo Valentia. As people of sport, we would all have liked it to go differently, but after a couple fo days, with more rational thoughts, we have to remember that the target of this season was to stay up, the team had been put together with this in mind”.
