Angel Dennis suffered some physical problems at the beginning of the season but he’s now playing at his best. Lined up as an outside hitter in the last round, he answered with 31 points! Modena is now facing its last few games of the season starting with Macerata, where Dennis played for three years and won one league title.
“To be honest I didn’t expect to score that many points last Sunday – Dennis said – I started out as an outside hitter before becoming a spiker. I like to play as outside hitter, it’s my favourite positiion. But I’m completely open, I do what the coach and team need. We have three games left to play, all important, we are not mathematically safe yet. We want to finish on a high”.
