“We studied the match really well – Bellei explains – but Forli started playing at their best and we struggled, we did not manage to attack them as we wanted to, neither with our service, in attack, nor with our blocking.
In the second set we grew but tehy gained confidence and showed they deserved to win. Mare&Volley’s attack was not concrete, especially on the balls not easily managable, with Rodrigues as a focal point. Now we should work really hard becaue we did not always manage to do what we prepared”.
Middle blocker Mosterts has replied to some of the audience questions: “In match 1 we played a coral match with Gato at very high levels and everyone gave their contribution, away from home we struggle a lot though. It is not easy to take off in these matches, keeping calm is not easy either especially for us young players who experience it for the first time”.
