Fighting openly everywhere. This is the phylosophy Andreoli Latina is following at the moment.
Something that coach Flavio Gulinelli is trying to inject into the players’ heads: “We are working well. We have grown a lot in the past few weeks and prepared in order to get results in the second leg. What reassures me the most is the fact that even though we are working non stop the willingness to do that has never gone away, we have always trained with a smile on our face, convinced that what we are doing now will produce results later.
We need to be aware that a new championship is starting for us now. We cannot look in the eyes of whoever we are facing or wether we are playing at home or away. We need to be convinced, especially inside, that we are able to score points against anyone.
If our opponents are on a bad day we will have to be good at taking advantage”.
Latina will be in Trento on the 16th of january, a team that has proved to be lethal against anyone: “I have already said that we cannot go on court waiting for them to give things away, we need to make our own chances”.

In the meantime, the technical staff is following US spiker Riley Salmon with great interest, currently playing in the Olympics qualifying tournament with his national team.
