Olio Pignatelli gives away 21 wrong serves but fights until the very end without any fears
Olio Pignatelli Isernia did their best to win against Marmi Lanza Verona but the team coached by Emanuele Zanini did not make any mistakes at all. The final 3-1 rightly awards Sottile and CO., Isernia’s players (apart from the third set) deserved well too, infact, reaching tie brak would have been the right award for the 850 spectators and the two teams that fought eachother from the very beginning; Chiovini’s men played without fears despite the luxurious opponent. Their coach cannot say they wanted to win even in the third set, when cuban Ramon Gato made the difference from the nine metres: 5 aces at the end of the match.
It was the 21 wrong serves that made a difference for Isernia, too many against a team like Verona.
Olio Pignatelli gave everything they had to give anyway, especially with regards to their determination, but on the other side of the net there was a team superior to them, that still had to work hard to succeed .
