After yesterday’s defeat at PalaOlimpia, Marmi Lanza will be back training with a double session.
Setter Dolfo replaced Frenchman Carletti yesterday, who came back recently after his left hand injury. Dolfo explains:”Loreto was very capable at blocking – digging and we gave up too easily compared to the match with Mantova, against a team technically very strong. I have not had much experience at this level so I trusted Olieman rather than the middle blockers, I did not give the ball to zone 4 much where I need improvement as a setter. There was not much of a difference technically but Loreto showed their heart and professionalism yesterday, Verona did not fight and in the third set we had a proper black out and some of our mistakes influenced the result, affecting the fourth set even more. We still need to work hard to find balance and stability”.
Wed at 17.00 the team will meet Raccorderie Meccaniche Mantova in a friendly match.
Sunday they will go to Forli for the 3rd round of the regular season.
