Sora’s spiker goes back to Roma and launches Copra a challenge, coming to Palafiom on thursday the 1st of november at 17.30: ” They are recovering Granvorka, Bravo and Bovolenta but we are not to be scared. We want to end this first part of the championship giving our supporters some joy”.
The first thing Beppe Patriarca would like to underline is simple: “What they communicated from Roma is wrong: I was in the starting six”. No surprises from Totire then: Beppe was there like he has been in the past three years.
Roma confused him with Idi who does not look like his blood brother really… he smiles:”Anyway, everyone makes mistakes, let’s go on….”
“Roma attacked us straight away winning the first set and we were not able to react apart from the second set at some point”.
“In the dressing room we talked about it as usual without drama and I would like to say that aaprt from the match in Montichiari, Prisma received and digged well, the problem is that we are not able to shine in more than one thing at the same time, in Rome for example we had good attack percentages. We need to find continuity overall”.
The standings is still ok though: We expected a similar season to last year, when you make so many changes like we did in summer it is normal to have a slow start in finind those automatics. Playing once every three days took time away from training needed for the team’s growth”.
A personal opinion about this start of the season: “I always look at the team, I do not care about playing well myself if Prisma loses. I am satisfied with my journey in Taranto”.
Time to turn the page: on thu at 17.30 the last match before the long break. “They did not start well but they are good on paper. their problem came with Granvorka, Bravo and Bovolenta’s injuries but we should not be bothered with that, we need to go on court determined and with no fear. We would like to close this first part of the season giving our supporters great satisfaction”.
