IN-BALL OR OUT-BALL? : “SPORT MOLES”
The project is carried on by Bologna University. It concerns the creation of a sensitive court which is going to “answer” to the ball. The teachers who are working on this project: Gaetano Pasini, Lorenzo Peretto, Roberto Tinarelli and Pierpaolo Zennaro.
Sport Moles is the name of this new system and it was presented this morning during a conference in ERGO Volley Land.
Sport Moles “feels” the ball touching it. It recognizes it.
The idea is incredibile and can be used not only for Volley.
The match between Sparkling Milano and Petrecca Isernia is going to be the first time in which Sport Moles will be used. It is going to be an experiment.
“We are proud about this project – Diego Mosna says – A Volley League goes on with its leadership in all fields. When we finish our experiment, we will pass the ball to FIPAV”.
