With a great coral performance, Itas Diatec Trentino beats RPA-LuigiBacchi.it Perugia with their third consecutive 3 points victory in 4 rounds.
For the 4th consecutive year, PalaEvangleisti in Perugia is a success for a clear, concrete and concentrated Trentino Volley, good on all fronts just like on the previous match against Montichiari.
Radostin Stoytchev’s team took charge from the first set imposing the rythm helped by a fantastic Blocking-digging correlation.
Pressure put on Dall’Olio’s men forced Perugia to raise the white flag very quickly with many mistakes in attack and 12 balls stopped by the opponent’s block.
Grbic then took advantage of the situation to manage the game at his best leaning on the attack itsself in fact 4 out of 5 attackers ended up with double numbers, the best of all being Emanuele Birarelli, MB with 86% and 4 blocks.
Also to highlight Jeronic with 4 blocks and 57% in attack and Winiarski’s improvement with 60% in attack.
Thanks to this success and Padova’s defeat Itas Diatec Trentino is now second in the standings together with Modena, only 2 points behind Cuneo.
