All Star A1, Marko Podraskanin
Back training on the 12th of november except from Frank Dehne, Toni Kovacevic and Todor Aleksiev, busy with their national teams, coach Giuliani will try and get over the negative trend the team is going through with 6 defeats in 8 games.
Serie A1, new experience for Corigliano, is a tough championship with very tall and powerful players able to make the difference at delicate phases of the match.
“We knew it was going to be tough but we need to be good at keeping our motivations and eagerness to do well otherwise it could be risky.
Acheving the third before last place in the standing would be the same as winning the championship for us, safety is our aim and we are only a position away.
In training will be working on some game situations, I belive the technical-tactical situation is quite good but we need to improve individualities. Service need to become more effective for example. Substancially we need 3 points that we could have had given the matches we lost. Now we need to go and get them even if, for some matches we are not the favourites on paper.
I am peaceful with regards to the future and I am waiting to go back to work with the boys to try and get the best out of them”.
The invitation is for our supporters to come to Pala Corigliano to push their team to victory next.
