Itas Diatec Trentino wins 3-0 against European Champions Sisley Treviso and give the chance to the crowd to finally celebrate the first victory at the PalaTrento.
Itas Diatec Trentino played an almost perfect match: attack (53% with zero errors) and blocks (12 in three sets and only 4 for Sisley). Trento started very well the match. Meoni sets really well. Heller and Hübner (mvp of the match); Gallotta, Nascimento and Winiarski attack very well. Trento wins 25-16.
Treviso reacts only at the end of the second set when Cisolla and teammates fight back and reach 24-23 but once again Heller closes the second set with a great attack.
Also in the third set Trento keeps staying ahead and closes the match 3-0.
Caoch Lattari declared: “A great succes, beyond our ecxpettations. We finally won at home in front of our great crowd in the best possible way!”
With this victory Trento reached the second position with 9 points. Next week match away from home against Lube Banca Marche Macerata.
