MARMI LANZA COACH TALKS ABOUT THE SECOND FRIENDLY MATCH AGAINST PIACENZA
Marmi Lanza beated yesterday 3-1 Copra Berni Piacenza, in its first home friendly match. The first friendly match with Piacenza ended 3-0 for Piacenza and Marmi Lanza took the chance yesterday to show what they can do.
Coach Dagioni said: “I saw improvements since last Saturday. Yesterday the boys showed a good game so I am pretty happy about their performances against Piacenza.”
Verona won 3-1 (25-22, 22-25, 25-21, 25-18).
Coach points out: “Last Saturday we pay the fact that it has been a long time since the last match. But yesterday I saw a very good attitude in the court that I guess it has been due also to the fact the it was not the first match anymore and the boys were more mentally prepared to face a match. Good game for Biribanti and for Pistovic. Furthermore I saw that Bonifante is finding good feelings and good balls for his teammates”
Marmi Lanza will play again at the PalaOlimpia on Saturday 26th August at 6.00PM against Tonno Callipo Vibo Valentia
