Salento d’amare Taviano: Roberto Masciarelli is the new Salento coach. The contract has been signed this morning together with Donato’s brothers and Walter Bruno.
“Masciarelli is a great coach” Donato Bruno said – “Our first choice. He’s a young coach with a winning mentality. We tuned very vell immidiately. Now we will have a look at the market to find out new players that can make the team even better.”
Roberto Masciarelli was born in Ancona and he’s 43 years old. He has played with the National Team and won a World and an European Title. He became coach in 2001 with Lube Macerata where he won the Champions League (2002) and the Coppa Italia (2002/2003). After a season in Serie B1 with Falconara he coached last year Ancona in Serie A2.
