On Sunday the direct challenge with Gioia del Colle

The match against Gioia del Colle, game of the 5th day of the championship’s second half, is a decisive one for the playoffs. In the first half Bassano won playing one of the best matches of its season, while the Teleunit was having one of its worst days of the championship.
Boldo says: “I asked the boys to give the maximum they can to play well. If we do, we can have great results from a championship that is turning out to be very tough. We must forget to find the same team we faced in the first half, for on that day they were missing two fundamental elements, Baldaccini e Divis, and they were of course not fit. In the last two weeks we had time to work hard and to concentrate on details: I am satisfied and the team showed me to be growing. The hard times seem to be over, and thinking about it I must say it may have been more a physical than a psychological problem: we were playing bad and we deserved to lose the matches we lost. When we got back to our standards we started winning again, and now we face the litmus test: it will be another battle”.
