Marmi Lanza Verona: This morning, new Marma Lanzi Verona Coach, Massimo Dagioni has been officially presented with a press conference.
President Cesare Albertini, Vicepresident Valentino Viviani and Sport Director Gabriele Cottarelli were also present at the conference.
Born in Rome the 16th of July 1966, Dagioni arrives in Verona after the Cagliari experience in the last Chamipionship. In his CV a long presence beside Gian Paolo Montali in Rome, Milan and in the National Team.
“We are very happy to start a new adventure with Massimo Dagioni” President Albertini said. “I think he’s a young man with a lot of experience and it has been our first choice”.
The Coach is very happy as well: “I am very glad to be here in Verona to work with this Club alwasy seen from outside as a great Club”
Dagioni talked after about his experience with Gian Paolo Montali: “I worked with Montali for seven years. Friendship and Respect jointed us for all those years.”
Dagioni also pointed out his work with the young teams: “A very important job where everything is essential: techniqye, tactics, phisical preparation, health, eduction and so on”
Dagioni is also pretty happy about the contract signed by Daniel Howard: “He’s a great player and so important for the team. Everybody wanted him, all the most important Serie A1 teams, but he decided to stay and that is a very good sign.”
