After the last Sunday pride match at the PalaOlimpia, Itas Diatec Trentino lost 3-0 against Perugia at the PalaTrento
During the whole match Zanini’s team expressed a high quality volleyball, great block-defense game and awesome service with 13 aces in three set. Great match for Perugia opposite player Stokr with 7 aces and 52% in attack. He has been elected mvp of the night.
For Trento good match for Heller and Hubner, more than 73% in attack, and for Smilen that well replaced brazilian Nascimento. Tight match only in the second set with Trento ahead 16-15 at the second time out but at the end defeated 24-26.
Coach Lattari very disappointed said: “Tonight nothing has worked. It hard for me to recognize the team the train hardly and with passion everyday. I hoped that the victory against Verona would have given us the confidence to play as we usually can but it didn’t happen. But I also have to admit that Perugia played a great match.”
Itas Diatec Trentino remains with 3 points at the 10th position of the standing. Perugia is now the new leader of the standing.
Next Sunday good chance of reaction for Trento against M. Roma Volley in Rome.
