HOW DID YOU FEEL AS YOU RECIEVED THE PROPOSAL FOR BECOMING MANAGER?
When Gabana offered me this role I turnd back in time, because my carreer started from this society, first in Carpendolo and then in Montichiari. When i got the call I got very excited, because even if it’s long ago Montichiari has always been in my heart.
HOW ARE YOU DOING WITH THE TECHNICAL CREW?
Very well. I knew giazzoli already, for he was oneof my players. I didn’t know Smoni, but I can just say good things about him. We have agood feeling, and we all cooperate.
DO YOU MISS A IMPORTANT BENCH?
I don’t miss serie A, or else I would have chosen to do something else. I made this choice, and I will put it through the season. I don’t want to sit on the bench, even here. My role fits me perfectly, and I want to deny who is saying that I want to replace Simoni.
WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT THE CHAMPIONSHIP OF ACQUA PARADISO GABECA?
At the beginning I was expecting something more. The team was meant to enter Coppa Italia and get to Play Off. Nothing is lost yet, but the missing scores are many. It will be difficult, but not impossible
HOW DO YOU EXPLAIN THE DEFEAT AT THE TIE-BREAK WITH MODENA?
It’s difficult, it’s not common. I think it depended on too much self-confidence, because the difference of score was huge, then on the big lack of self-confidence, rising while modena was approaching. We must anyhow react, don’t think about defeats and concentrate in the future.
WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT THE NEW SUXHO?
Donald is a great player, but the feeling with the team needs more than one week to rise, and we don’t have much time. We are doing our best to give hime the best conditions we can.
