How the Tonno Calippo market campaign is going?
I am very happy about it. The team is getting stronger. It is not easy to close the deals with the players. Patience is necessary.
In which roles the Club has decided to invest the most?
We are looking to invest especially in tecniqe talent and attack power. We have been looking to get power from the spikers and the setters will have to distribute the game as better as possible. We need to increase our block efficiency. The opposite player will have to be very good not only in attack but also in the blocks. I am also very happy about the italian players that the team has bought.
What will you ask in particular to your boys and to your stafff?
Most important point is that the players, besided their qualities, they have to show their will to work hard in the gym, to always give their very best and, most of all, I would like that they will be able to create a nice friendly environment. The staff is very good. I am sure that our boys will work with calm and confidence especially thanks to the staff that the Club has at its disposal. And I am sure that this will show the results also in the court.
