Fiorese Bassano: More than 5 months have gone after 9 October 2005, the day of the injury for Fiorese Bassano number 10. Now, after tons of rehab for Daniele Desiderio it is time to see the light again, to see the end of the tunnel. Daniele never gave up and he promised to himself and to the team that he would have been back before the end of the regular season. “We are almost there. I am feeling good and I am improving week after week. I feel like I can already play at least part of a match but it is better not to rush now, I don”t want to compromise the hard work done in these months.”
Danile has lived the difficult time of his team from the bench and he wants to say about it: “the really diffiuclt time has arrived with Dalla Libera injury, one of the leaders of the group. It is not easy for anyteam to lose two spikers, so I think that my teammates did a great job. Let’s not forget that we are in the play-off area anyway and considering that last 3 matches it’s a goal that we can reach. We are a strong team and I am ready to bet on ourselves!”
