New faces in the staff: including former football ref

Città di Castello president, Arveno Joan, made official the arrival of five new faces in the managerial staff: Matteo Testi, Stefania Tosti, Valentina Blonda, Giampaolo Innocenti and Giorgio Giannini. They will collaborate with the rest of the staff in matters such as accounting, marketing, advertising and ticket sales. One of the five new faces has a curious story: Giampaolo Innocenti, 44, was a former football ref and was president of the Italian Association of Referees of Città di Castello for 11 years. “I consider myself a fan of all sports – said Giampaolo – When I was young I have also been a competitive swimmer and played basketball, although football has always been number one, so much so that I became a referee”.
