Isernia further strengthened its squad with the signing of second outside hitter Giuseppe Della Corte. Born in 1992, Della Corte, originally from the southern region of Puglia, joined Cuneo’s youth academy at 15. He stayed there two years before signing for Club Italia, with which he played in the B1 and the following year at the level above in the A2.
“I am extremely happy to wear Isernia’s shirt – said Della Corte – What am I expecting? A team that makes me improve and can help me a lot. I am young, I want to learn as much as possible and in the team there are many experienced players from whom I’ll be able to learn”.
