Lifetime Achievement Award for Alessandro Fei, team manager of Gas Sales Bluenergy Piacenza awarded by Panathlon Piacenza Primogenita.
The coveted recognition was awarded to Alessandro Fei during an evening hosted by Paolo Gentilotti, President of Panathlon Piacenza Primogenita, in the hall of the Park Hotel in the presence of numerous authorities.
Respect for the rules and for the opponent, the importance of sporting practice for everyone and in particular for the youngest are the values that Panathlon Piacenza Primogenita embodies perfectly and has reiterated it strongly again this year with the Gran Gala of sport and fair play which rewarded the most deserving Piacenza sports figures.
Alessandro Fei, center and then opposite, a volleyball legend who in Piacenza with the shirt of President Elisabetta Curti’s team ended his career as a player and then took on the role of manager as team manager. He found his second home in Piacenza.
Starting from Foiano della Chiana in C1, Fei played twenty-five seasons (24 in A1 and SuperLega, one in A2) as a protagonist on fields all over the world, winning four championships, five Italian Cups in A1 and one in A2 with the Gas shirt Sales Bluenergy Piacenza (with which he obtained promotion to the Super League), six Italian Super Cups, 1 Champions League, one Cev Cup, three Challenge Cups.
