The red and white team is ready to work in view of the 2024/2025 season with various changes regarding the roster but with the added value given by a consolidated and close-knit staff. Important confirmations have also arrived as regards the medical department: last year a quality group was formed with three young professionals, “We will face the new season with much more confidence”, says the physiotherapist Francesco Maccari, “The successes achieved last championship they certainly also helped the staff to consolidate and today it is important for the team to be able to find a cohesive staff, who know each other and communicate well between the various departments. Last season was my first as a professional and there couldn’t have been a better experience.”

Physiotherapist Marco Cicellini also confirms, “It was a wonderful experience. A good relationship has been created between us and with the rest of the red and white staff: we often meet with the trainer Paolorosso and with coach Castellano and his assistants. Now we are preparing to move up the category to A2, we know that we too will have to prove ourselves up to this new adventure; the intensity of the physical work for the team will increase and we will have to pay more attention in following the athletes”.

Volley Banca Macerata can also rely on the osteopath Federico Ascenzi, “As we did last year, we are engaged in preventative work regarding the condition of the athletes; this year, even more attention will be required on our part precisely to respond to a greater level of physical stress to which the team will be subjected and which can increase the risk of injuries. My work works in synergy with that of my colleagues to offer the best support to players. We are a close-knit group and we can’t wait to start work in view of this new season in A2″.
