New positions in the corporate organization chart of Delta Group Porto Viro. Massimo Zambonin, former coach and Technical Director of nerofucsia, now officially assumes the role of Sporting Director, at the same time Gabriele Pavan becomes General Manager of the club.
The change of positions has already been effective for a few weeks and was conceived in order to make the management team even more solid and structured with two different figures dedicated, respectively, to the technical-sporting part and to the management one.
A life spent on the bench, creator of the double leap from Serie B to A2 and the historic A2 / A3 Italian Cup final won in 2021, Zambonin is now called to move the strings of the Delta Group in a new guise. From the field to the desk, at least on a formal level, because in reality the Clodiense professor will continue to be a constant presence on the taraflex, alongside the team.
“I thank the company, and especially the president Veronese and DG Pavan for their trust and for offering me the opportunity to embark on a new path that I hope will be as productive as the previous one as a technician – comments Zambonin – My role includes management of the team group and staff in the relationship with the club, the goal is to create the best conditions so that everything can work at its best and therefore make all these components as efficient as possible. Obviously, among my tasks there is also the management of the youth sector with which we want to grow further in the coming months “.
