Two historical figures of Volleyball Macerata also maintain their role on the field in the 2023/2024 season, in support of the new coach Castellano and the rest of the Staff, with a lot of passion and experience. Marco Pacetti and Ettore Martusciello have been part of the red and white family for many years, they have collaborated as coaches in the youth sector and also with the first team in Serie A.
“Let’s start again with renewed enthusiasm, I’m convinced that we can also draw lessons from last season”, explains Marco Pacetti, “We have a close-knit work staff, with many confirmations and the return of Domizioli, we are a good group. It is also an important basis for the new coach, having people who have known each other for a long time and have grown up together in society. The last championship represented the first time for Ettore Martusciello alongside the boys of the Med Store Tunit, “It was a very positive experience for me, I had years of work in volleyball behind me but I was confronted with a different world than the one of youth volleyball. Working together with a team of great professionals I was able to learn a lot and grow. I’m happy with this confirmation, it means that last season we did a good job as staff and I’m convinced that we can improve further in this new season.”
