The satisfactions at Etruria Volley also arrive in the summer: the consortium of northern Lazio brings two of its best athletes, Tommaso Quadraroli and Leonardo Sandu, to the Trophy of the regions – Aequilibrium Cup 2022 in Salsomaggiore Terme scheduled from 28 June to 2 July .
The two boys, coming from the youth sectors of Tuscania Volley and Asp Civitavecchia, united in the Etruria Volley consortium, were chosen by the technicians of the CQR Lazio Antonucci-Vazzana at the end of an arduous selection process that has always distinguished the Lazio representatives , every year fighting for the best positions within the event.
Already on the first day of competitions, CQR Lazio obtained two victories out of as many matches against the teams Valle D’Aosta and Abruzzo, immediately winning the chance to fight for the Italian title.
The Trophy of the Regions for the Italian Volleyball Federation represents a very important appointment, just think that the first edition of the Trophy of the Regions dates back to 1982, and over the years it has become the most important of the Italian youth volleyball competitions, representing the culmination of the activity. carried out at a territorial and regional level. In the past, many Italian champions took part in the Regions’ Trophy, retaining special memories of an experience not only linked to volleyball, but also characterized by moments of socialization and sharing: values that are the basis of the world of volleyball.
