Lorenzo Bernardi’s team will look forward to the access to Playoffs6 over former Perugia’s coach Boban Kovac’s team. They will play next wednesday at PalaEvangelisti looking forward to win 2 sets and clinch the access to the top 6 teams of Europe.
Cucine Lube Civitanova won at tie break in Lodz over italian coach Roberto Piazza’s PGE Skra Belchatow, in front of 10.000 enthusiastic polish fans. A win after a great comeback for Giampaolo Medei’s team, down 0-2 in the count of the sets, and a great win at the tie break for Lube. Next thursday 22nd March at 20.30 at Eurosuole Forum Civitanova will try to clinch a Playoffs 6 spot.
Trentino Diatec lost at tie break in France versus Chaumont VB 52 Haute Marne, and lost in Verona at Agsm Forum last saturday, with Calzedonia who forced the series to Game 3. So it’s not a great moment for Angelo Lorenzetti’s team, but tuesday 20th march at 20.30 at PalaTrento Diatec will need to step up and fight back, looking forward the access to Playoffs 6.

CHAMPIONS LEAGUE FORMAT
Two preliminary rounds (2nd e 3rd Round) will choose 20 teams for the Pool Round, 5 groups with 4 teams.
First and second of each group, together with the best 2 thirds. CEV will choos the Final Four host in these 12 teams, who will be one of the four teams, and third best tshird will replace the hosting team.
Final rounds will be PlayOffs 12, PlayOffs 6 and Final Four.
Fox International Channels Italy has the tv rights of Champions League, and will broadcast the games of italian teams on Fox Sports HD, 204 SKY, Fox Sport Plus, 205 SKY and Sky Sport 3 HD, 203 SKY (all games are available on streaming on www.laola1.tv)
