The strategy of the club aims at reuniting part of the group that won it all at youth level. After the signing of setter Pier Paolo Partenio and spiker Simmaco Tartaglione, the club inked another player who came up in Macerata’s youth ranks: middle blocker Enrico Diamantini. Born in 1993, the giant (over 200 tall) played last season at Molfetta.
“I’ll be back with my two friends Partenio and Tartaglione, my former teammates with whom I played for years – said Diamantini – Our dream has always been to play together in the Serie A and Potenza Picena represents a great leap forward for us”.
